Copyright and Use
To use any material from Sounding Childhood, you must credit the creator and keep copyright notices intact on all copies of the work. Creators in all cases retain the copyright to their work. Below are statements of rights and licenses.
Authors of content grant Sounding Childhood the right and license to produce and publish their works on the Sounding Childhood website. The individual author retains the right to license others to produce and publish the work or any abridgement, adaptation or translation of the work, or any part of the work, in all forms and media, in all languages throughout the world. Quotation from or paraphrase of the essay material is allowed. Appropriate acknowledgement is required (citation information is given on every essay page).
The musical recordings have been made expressly for the Sounding Childhood. Alisa Clapp-Itnyre releases this audio material under a Creative Commons CC BY NC ND license, http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/. You must link to the license from copies of the work and credit the creator.
